Genberal aviation is often considered a very dangerous industry, as a percentage of the nuymber of small aircraaft accidents and deaths are much higher than even cars. And while the coommercial airline flight is completely safe, because all the constraints, and incredible attention to detail is paid to safety - general aviation pilot in command allows you to most of the decisions. This makes snse, because you do not want to have a bunch of bureaucrats are going in the right seat with you when you fly your own private jet. However, one issue that is relevant to the geneal aviation is the reliability and durability of arcraft engines. We can not fly cars, nutil we have engines that last longer and do not go out as much during the work. General aviation also suffers from very high costs, praticularly fuel and, therefore, it woud be nice if they were used engines much less fuel per hour. Think anbout what is important to enure the safety of general aviation with engines that can beat normal TBOs? Imagine that you had to do that every time the car was used in 2000 hours. Consumers just coulld not agrree with any manufacturer whose enine will not last longer than 2000 hours to get a bad erputation in the industry, no one will buy theiir cars. If you htink, Toyota, Generl Motors, Chrysler and reczalls bad, imagine how many recalls, the company would receive if their engines to go in the midddle of every 2000 hours, all the time they were suppoosed to end. So good to see that the money poured into unmanned aerial vehiclle technologies, as the UAV to focus on reliable long-endurance flights. And that means bettwer power, engines, and those producers will be able to make bettter enignes for general aviation. That's good. lPease consider all this.
