Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP for short) was developed in the early 1970s by an information scientist and a linguist at the University of California at Santa Cruz.NLP is a co-founder John Grinder and Richard Bandler for creating personal development of all individuals by interpreting and translating the human perception, experience, faith and language. They noticed that people who have similar training, background and experience were achieving widely varying results always nice to mediocre. What makes them do and achieve things. Neuro linguistic programming word may be divided into three words: neurology, programming language. * Neuro refers to the network of the brain and nerves, which is fed to the brain. cells, neurons, or nerve in work units used in the nervous system to send, receive and store the signals match the data. * Programming is the way it manipulated the content or the signal to turn it into useful information. The brain can direct the signal sequence, changes based on our previous experience, or connect to another experience that we recorded in our brain to make patterns of thought and behavior that are the essence of our life experience.
