Do You Have A Rotator Cuff Tear? "Symptoms N Treatments"

By: Mason rudolph

"Your shoulder hurts, you lack range of motion, and yeah you've lost some strength".... Which brings you to think that you have a tear in your shoulder. Well stop guessing, because I am going to uncover the top symptoms and treatments for a rotator cuff tear!....

Symptoms

Pain
Patients usually complain of pain over the top of the shoulder and arm. In some patients, the pain can descend down the outside of the arm all the way to the elbow.

Weakness
Lack of reach, it feels uncomfortable lifting your arm over head, and the worst is getting dressed.

Cure

Surgery
Most tears can be treated without surgery but that's for you to decide. The two types are arthroscopic and open. Both with their positives and negatives. Arthroscopic has a higher success rate but the pain and recovery lasts longer then the open surgery!

My advice is gather enough information on rotator cuff treatment. A repaired shoulder can always tear again and if your looking for the fastest recovery it's not necessarily surgery. Instead the real key to a high success rate is a proven decision and consistent treatment usage!

Non-Surgery treatments
Include physical therapy- Here you'll stress stretching and strengthening to increase activity and blood flow.
Anti-inflammatory pain medications- Will stop it from hurting as you work through the rehab sessions and get it stronger. (cortisone injections are big here) This process is to decrease inflammation, but increase blood flow for nutrient transport.

The key to a full recovery from a shoulder surgery, bruise, tear, and or sprain relies always on a effective plan, decision, and action!
