The tensionmeter draws water out of the ground and as the grass begins to dry out, the water returns back to the soil. Only two devices are to be installed in each of the private residence area and in the city park because the prices of these mechanisms are quite high. When the turf is in need of more water, the importance of a tensionmeter enters. In some tests, a study about how consistent the sprinklers used by the residents, the city, and two different churches will be included. If enough residents cooperate, the tests may ultimately determine whether surface water is contributing significantly to the groundwater problem. The underground drainage system primary results show that it aids in diminishing the groundwater problem in the area. Before the system was installed, some residents have had a difficult time pumping ample amounts of water from their properties. The ability of this underground drain to handle both surface and subsurface water made the mayor suggested that subdividers be installed in this type of system in future land developments to somehow help eliminate the problem.
