Back acne is one of the hardest forms of acne to treat, even more so than facial acne. The reasons for this are that the back is the most difficult part of the body to see and so the acne outbreak is often not noticed in the early stages, as it would be on the face. And many of these lead to skin problems. The most common result is the dreaded acne on the back. We tend to associate acne with teenagers, but the truth is that acne can occur on anyone and on any part of the body. Back acne may not be readily visible, but by the time we notice it, it's usually a very severe problem and often quite painful; back acne should not be neglected because untreated back acne can lead to more serious skin problems and other complications. An essential part of any back acne cure is the use of a good body wash. And since the skin here is not as sensitive as the skin on the face, the acne may not be noticed for some time, by which time it can have spread. When picking a body wash, check to see if it's made especially for acne outbreaks; for first time users, look for a more mild soap to start. If possible bathe at least twice a day so that the body wash can be really effective in clearing up the skin. Applying pure honey to your back on alternate days is also a good first step - leave the honey on for at least 30 minutes so it can clean and disinfect the area. Wash your back twice a day with a special acne soap which will clean deep into the pores. Acne can be caused by problems or weaknesses in the body and taking a multi vitamin supplement can enhance the effectiveness of a back acne cure. As with the body wash, you should start with a more mild vitamin and build up to the stronger one if necessary. Avoid itchy or harsh fabrics; treat your back kindly by wearing soft fabrics. Softer fabrics mean your skin is less irritated and the cure will have a better chance to work. But do not try to experiment with back acne cures on your own. Once you step out of the water, dry your back thoroughly with a soft towel. And remember that since the skin on the back is less sensitive than facial skin, reaction and side effects to the back acne cure may not make themselves apparent in the early stages. Make a special effort to keep checking up on your back.
