On Sunday, Jan 11, 2008, I delivered an address in public conveying the following preaching about money. Although I gave the sermon in Spanish in a Mexican Church, this preaching applies to each person. The rules given here will be effective for Christians and non-Christians alike. Part of having purpose in marketing is to be succesful with the technique you deal with money I have translated the preaching from Spanish to English here. These Rules about Sharing uses Luke 6:23 which declares "share and it'll be given to you" as a vow for Financial success. It is more blessed to Give than Receive. The Bible talks more on the matter of riches than any other subject including love, eternal life or even deliverance. We just completed the Christmas Season which is a celebration of the greatest gift to the World- The Son of God. God Gave His only begotten Son- John 3:16. God himself practices the law of giving and receiving. It is more fortunate to give than to receive. Here are 12 Rules About Wealth give Money to Get Finances 1. share your tithe to God. A tithe is 10% of your income. Malaquías 3:8-12 2. share a tithe to Yourself (For investments) Set aside 10% of your earnings for investments " Invest shrewdly- a car is not an investment 3. give your firstfruits to God " In 2009 I gave all of my first paycheck or income to God " Firstfruits and offerings are apart from your tithe 4. Manage what you spend, spend less than you earn " Do you be effective for Wealth or does Money work for you? " Wealth must WORK for you " Either you control Finances ori t will be in command of you 5. Multiply (don't borrow) " get interest, dont pay interest " Shun debt, dont borrow riches " Simply say no to credit cards and areas that charge interest 6. Don't Lend " Dont lend Wealth or material things " Suppose your associate asks for you to lend him just about anything and you have the means, share it to him, that's better than lending and you may maintain him as a ally for a lot longer. 7. Be wise in your investments " Dont risk in stuff that you know nothing about " If you don't know anything about jewelry, don't invest in jewels 8. Own you own home or land " pay off your mortgage " don't rent assuming at all possible 9. Get ready for the future - Save Finances, there are always surprising expenses " 10% is God's " 10% is to Invest " 10% is for emergencies or surprising expenses 10. Grow in your abilities through education " We should always be learning (Reading, Schools and courses, Language classes) " Less than 10% of the Mexican populace do not read with any frequency 11. Don't be partners in marketing with anybody 12. share a tithe of the tithe Numeros 18: 25 " Churches and apotolates should give a tithe from the tithes that come in " Its a great rule for businesses to tithe also give it all to Christ, tithe with obedience and follow these above rules for triumph.
